The spirit of collaboration among the Region of Emilia-Romagna, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia from Italy, the Municipality of Izola from Slovenia, the Primorsko-Goranska Region and the Istrian Region, united in their efforts for common management of the Northern Adriatic fishery, was first awarded with approvals of the project ADRI.FISH from the Programme Interreg III B CADSES and projects CONNECT and FISH-LOG from the programme Law no. 84 from 2001 containing Ë›The Regulation on the Participation of Italy in the Stabilization, Reconstruction, and Development of the Balkan CountriesË›
